Well how about sources of protein that are not eggs or meat for variation purposes? I'm tempted to try beans, yeah I've never had them outside of green beans (which need to be crisp-ish)..is there a way to cook them without them going to mush? I'm willing to try new things I'm just not sure where I should start.…
