You can still have your oatmeal but for less calories 1/2 cup quick oats- 140 cals 1/2 cub strawberries- around 30 cals 1 glass of skim milk- about 80 cals so that's only 250... add whatever you want as long as it's 150 cals or less and you're still under that 400 mark =)

Anna Paquin has an inspirational body to me. It could also have to do with my true blood obsession. Jennifer Hudsen's weight loss is also amazing. She looks so good!! And my ultimate body inspiration: Marilyn Monroe- she looked beautiful no matter what size she was.

I just looked at the chart, it looks great! I'm 127 this week so I've lost another lb. It's slow progress but at least I'm moving down. I've been eating around 1300-1400 calories per day and working out most days per week. I need to start working out more often and add some weight lifting in there too. Good luck everyone!

I'm 128, so I've lost a pound, since my starting weight (before this challenge) was 131 I still have 7 lbs to go to lose ten, idk if I can do thatt before labor day but we'll see!

I'm in! My names Nicole, I gained 20 lbs from the summer before my freshman year of college to now (I used to be 110 lbs, so I was very thin). I'm currently 129 lbs, I've gained muscle and have dropped only one pound, and I want to get back down to 115 lbs.

If you stick to it, you WILL lose the weight! It's a challenge, but it's possible. Also, you have to at least give yourself a chance. Once you lose all the weight, you'll be used to eating less and probably won't gain it back. You have control over your weight, you just need to give yourself a chance.
