lvl 2 is a stretch for me. But its worth it. I use a 1lb and 3lbs for the routine. I think they may only use a .5 bumbell for some of the shoulder work. Unlike lvl1 I can really feel the excersie on the upper body portion this go round! The pushups still kick my butt. Good luck

Just started level two today....It did the job. She kicked up more than one notch. It was a great calorie burn. I would suggesting pacing yourself . She is doing three reps this time and does not do as much circuit or alternating exercises. A ton more lunges, that I found difficult, but I have a bad ankle. Just as funny…

Sounds like you arent eating often enough. I routinely eat between 1150 and 1200 calories a day but I eat often. Like every 2-3 hours.If you let your blood sugar drop it creates that craving wave. It makes it more diffcult to stick to the diet.

Ditto..I do my best to avoid the topic altogether! I lost weight for very private reason I don't want to share with everyone! So when they ask I tend to clam up. Saying thank you and then moving on.

I use cheat days as a part of my reward system. Ounce Ive gottet to a goal I will allow myself certain things. In general though I try to stay on an even keil and not go over board. Its really upto you and what you can handle. My first week to a month I was really strict.
