My start weight is 163. I have half my water drank for the day. I've been in meeting so haven't been able to guzzle it like I usually do.0 -

For those having trouble with the banner - the posted code has spaces- take out the spaces in the brackets and that should do it. (They probably had to include spaces or instead of posting the code - it would have posted the image instead.0

My starting weight as of today is 190. I'm usually always a few cups short of water so this challenge will definitely motivate me to drink more!

I got the water down, I had to stop drinking caffeine, I don't like juice, and I don't drink much milk, so it's all I have left!0 -

Way to go on the water challenge yesterday ladies, especially Lee.
I woke up with a great attitude today. For the first time in a long time I feel that I am in control of myself. I did C25K, week 2, day 1 yesterday and felt like a million bucks afterwards. My eating has been pretty darn stellar and I think I owe a lot of it to finding this wonderful site and this challenge. I can't wait to see what the next few months brings me.0 -
Had an amazing am workout. Just barely was able to get in the 50 sit ups. It was indeed a challenge!
