    Good morning/afternoon Ladies.

    My start weight is 163. I have half my water drank for the day. I've been in meeting so haven't been able to guzzle it like I usually do.

    For those having trouble with the banner - the posted code has spaces- take out the spaces in the brackets and that should do it. (They probably had to include spaces or instead of posting the code - it would have posted the image instead.

    My starting weight as of today is 190. I'm usually always a few cups short of water so this challenge will definitely motivate me to drink more!

    What do you think about the exercise challenge tomorrow doing 50 sit ups? Is that doable?

    is there a step by step.....adding signature for DUMMIES ......I have been having issues since I joined MFP and can't figure out how to add banners, tickers etc to my signature......lol

  • Ok I've done 12 glasses of water today. Any way the 50 sit-ups I really don't think I can do them all at once but I will try.

    I rocked the water ,13 today!
  • I drank 12 glasses of water today....now tomorrow I will attempt the situps challenge.....
  • 50 sit ups...I've been doing 20...I think I can do this!

    I got the water down, I had to stop drinking caffeine, I don't like juice, and I don't drink much milk, so it's all I have left!

    Way to go on the water challenge yesterday ladies, especially Lee. :)

    I woke up with a great attitude today. For the first time in a long time I feel that I am in control of myself. I did C25K, week 2, day 1 yesterday and felt like a million bucks afterwards. My eating has been pretty darn stellar and I think I owe a lot of it to finding this wonderful site and this challenge. I can't wait to see what the next few months brings me.

    Had an amazing am workout. Just barely was able to get in the 50 sit ups. It was indeed a challenge!
