Didn't get to do the challenge today..I was busy doing zumba then my Mudathlon..40 obstacles over 3 miles all in mud, SO much fun and tons of calories burned! I'll add todays challenge to tomorrow im sore from today though, hopefully I can move tomorrow!0

I hear ya.....did today's challenge and day 7 of 30 day shred.....went school supply shopping for two kids, cleaned house and went for a 60 min walk.....and they say Sunday is a day of rest......ya right.....now I too am off to bed with a good book0 -
