    Today's challenge 10 cups of water & 50 Russian/Mason Twists! Hope everyone can do these!!

    sorry this is late for US time out & about all day grr :)todays weight 210- 1.5 pound loss & I do the push ups and, mountin climbers before bed :)

    Didn't get to do the challenge today..I was busy doing zumba then my Mudathlon..40 obstacles over 3 miles all in mud, SO much fun and tons of calories burned! I'll add todays challenge to tomorrow :) im sore from today though, hopefully I can move tomorrow!

    I forgot to log in and say I did yesterday's challenge. Today is going to be tough. I will do the challenge and I also want to do 30 day shred.

    I hear ya.....did today's challenge and day 7 of 30 day shred.....went school supply shopping for two kids, cleaned house and went for a 60 min walk.....and they say Sunday is a day of rest......ya right.....now I too am off to bed with a good book
