    OK people tomorrow will be a TRIPLE challenge!!!

    25 Squat Jumps, 25 Reverse Lunges & 25 Scissor Kicks

    You guys are doing amazing! Keep up the great work!

    Yesterdays challenge and todays challenge done! And yes it was challenging! I like the idea of 50 bicycle crunches for tomorrows challenge!

    Squat jumps, reverse lunges, & sisser kicks all done and drank 10 cups of water :)
    bring on the cardio :) I have a zumba class tomarrow !!!

    I did day 3 of 30DS and finished week 2 of C25k. I'm so happy. :)

    Donsies, thanks for the hour cardio was dreading it at first but I walked with my boyfriend and his cousins, they don't get much attention so it was nice to have a good time with them =]

    WTG everyone! I have to admit my ABS are killing me! Today's Ab class was hard work after my intense ab workouts lately. But i got alot of great ideas!!

    Todays challenge is done! I can't wait to start working out again, this week off seems to be dragging. I'm hoping it helps break this plateau though!

    So since my weight was wrong to begin with on this challenge I'm not sure if you were recording our goals, but I want to get to 170 by the end of August, also to be working out at least 5 times a week.

    ok had a great day :) got in 80 mins of Cardio & all (50) Bicycle crunches - I had to do 2set of 25 :/ but, still got them done & drank 12 cups of water hope ya'll had a awesome day as well !!!!

    And I thought yesterday's challenge was hard. Yikes. :)

    I am already starting to freak out about Friday's weigh-in. That is what I get for cheating and looking at the scale. I've been so good this week and the scale is not reflecting that so far. I need to mentally get that out of my head and just focus on all the positive changes I've made the past two weeks.

    When i first started myfitnesspal i didn't but last week i started to eat some of my calories back and i lost two pounds that week! sometimes its not so easy and i stay in my calorie range but i eat too much. I guess you should only eat if your hungry and not try to work in dessert everyday like me lol

    I don't eat them all. When I do I just don't seem to lose weight but everybody's body is different. I try to eat some of them every night. I also try to listen to my body, if I am hungry I eat, if I am not I usually don't.
