WTG! Sometimes weight loss is slow for people...Look at me it has taken 10 months just to loose 38lbs! I am doing doing any crazy diet just watching my calories, eating right & living in the gym. LOL!
I totally agree with you...There are a lot of people who can loose all this weight quickly and then within a couple months time they gain it back when they stop doing their exercise routines.
Weight loss is a roller coaster.....it should be taken lightly and not abusing the ride.0 -

Sorry!!! I haven't weighted myself since I tried on wednesday and just about gave up I was so upset. I was SOOOO bloated Friday. So I suppose you can have the last weight I read on the scale which was 177 =[[0

lost 1.4 lbs this week. That leaves me at 48.4 weight loss since Feb. I'm at 201.6 and my mini goal is to be at 197.5 by my birthday at the end of October.0

Thats a great idea! Maybe we should start doing that everyone has a Mini Personal Weight Goal for the Month....we post our goal and when the month is over we can see if we surpassed the goal etc.!0
