  • Hello ladies sorry about my absense as well!! I been planning for my baby 1st bday party this week but I have been doing a little workout every other day!!! Wish everyone luck tomorrow for weigh in day!!! And you all are doing a great job!!! :)

    My answer is a big "SOMETIMES"

    On Mondays and Thursday I have a killer Karate class that is 90 minutes long - after almost passing out in there - twice now - I have started to "load up" a little bit on those days - so I eat a bowl of brown rice about an hour or so before the class starts. This is in addition to my normal allotment.

    So it depends on how I feel - if I can get away with not - I don't. If it begins affecting my performance - I do.
  • Damn mother nature I am retaining water so I think my weight is up alittle.

    I took a day off of exercise yesterday but I got a workout in today. I am also staying under calories so far.

    I've taken a week off exercise to hopefully break my plateau, so im not really expecting a loss tomorrow. However, im hoping that as soon as I start working out again, the weight will start coming back off!

    I didn't do yesterday challenge it was my lazy day & we are planing 2 diving trips this weekend :) I did get my crunches done this morning woohoo

    I didn't lose this week :( still at 210

    I stayed the same. 159. Grr! I am trying not to get down about it. I've been working out very hard this week and eating very healthy. It'll happen. I do notice a slight change in my clothes so all is good.

    Good job on all you losers this week. :) Keep up the good work.

  • My weight is 131 lbs so I lost 0.2 pounds and i am quite happy about that since TOM is in the neighbourhood......but I lost 0.5 inches on my waist and 1 inch on my hips so that is great news for me.......
