    Today's challenge 10 cups of water & 50 Russian/Mason Twists! Hope everyone can do these!!

    sorry this is late for US time out & about all day grr :)todays weight 210- 1.5 pound loss & I do the push ups and, mountin climbers before bed :)

    25 Squat Jumps, 25 Reverse Lunges & 25 Scissor Kicks

    Almost finished with today's challenge only 3 more cups of water! I love the russian twists gonna do them everyday!

    finished the russian twists and drank 12 cups of water:-) Keep up the great work everyone! Not looking forward to tomorrows challenge since I am super busy, I will fit it in but it may be late tomorrow night:-)

    Didn't get to do the challenge today..I was busy doing zumba then my Mudathlon..40 obstacles over 3 miles all in mud, SO much fun and tons of calories burned! I'll add todays challenge to tomorrow :) im sore from today though, hopefully I can move tomorrow!

    I forgot to log in and say I did yesterday's challenge. Today is going to be tough. I will do the challenge and I also want to do 30 day shred.
