Everyone is rocking it big time!!! Way to go! OK so I noticed that I am missing some people's starting weigh ins. Our first weigh in is TOMORROW!! TOM is leaving the building now so I know that I have gained from that situation. GRR!

Puddles...thats fine! Doesn't matter how I get it..as long as I am able to find it and record it into the spreadsheet!

I weighed in on Monday at 220 - I know I have "lost" a good bit though because I was pretty bloated Monday. I am very excited to weigh in again tomorrow though.0

Been busy here at work. Work in a orthopedic office with a bunch of surgeons. On my feet all day. So my situps have come at times but I am at 35 right now.0

I've been drinking water like crazy! I'll be doing abs tonight so I'll be getting 50+ sit ups in.

I had to look up the mouton climber thing but I am in. I cant wait to weigh myself again to I haven't done that since lastmonday.0 -
i can def. do the pushups but those mountain climbers kill me. Weigh in tomorrow just hoping i don't gain!0

I did my sit ups - after seeing spots in Karate. I am thinking I need to rethink my nutrition on my Karate days. My mother in law is saying drink "Ensure" 30 minutes before. My sensei is saying brown rice an hour and a half before. Hmmmm -0

Push up and climbers are done I even have a walk under my belt. I tried to weigh myself and my crappy scale broke. I know whT get to buy this weekend. Anyway I love the scale at work so my weigh in will have to wait just a couple hours.0

The easiest way..when you go to your profile under your friends is the boards you have responded to. It will show the top recent ones on your page. If its not there you just need to view all and you can find every single post you have responded to.
