I just use the one on the myfitnesspal app - the only problem I can see is that you have be adding an item to your food diary to use it.

Not really a food, but I am addicted to chai lattes. I had to give up coffee and found that chai was nice to have when going out for "coffee" with my friends, but now I just love a daily fix

LOL thanks for the reminder!! I do try to eat my calories (its really not hard to do!!) but I am trying not to "eat my exercise" - at least not all of it lol

Thanks for the great suggestions, have just been for a walk to the supermarket to get a few things, so will give it a go! I have just tried celery with peanut butter for the first time in my laugh and yum, yum! Although the peanut butter has to go on the highest shelf as my 9 year old is allergic :(
