I am 3 weeks post-op. I just started eating soft/solid foods on yesterday. This week has been rough, as I feel like the scale is not moving. I am down abt 25 pounds. I thought I would be a little further along. Am I being too hard on myself?

Just finished doing a 35 ab workout routine that I found on FitnessBlender.com...Going to at least tonight after work . Not sure I want to see my weight (TOM started today), but I will take weight and measurements in the morning.
