Weight Loss Surgery Friends & Support

I am looking for pre-op or post-op friends for support. I am pre-op. My RNY is likely about 60 days out. I have a ton of questions, struggles, curiosities in addition to wanting to find another support method.

I'm 4 years out from my VSG. I lost a bunch, maintained for awhile, gained some back, lost it again. It was definitely one of the best decisions I ever made.

I had sleeve surgery almost two years ago and have lost total so far a.total of 160lbs and still have fifty to goy advise is to remember the weight loss surgery is a tool and to succeed you must have a lifestyle change from how you deal with stress to how and what you eat and most important exercise get up and.moving. Also.surround yourself with.positive people who want.to.help you not hender you. Good luck always around if you have questions.

Hello. I had RNY in 2005. I am currently the lowest weight I have been in almost 30 years! I need to lose some more (due to Severe Fatty Liver Disease w/stage 4 Cirrosis). I could use some friends for motivation and to help keep me on track. I have not used the community part of this app so I do not know how to add friends or to follow other people or conversations.
