Hi, I am quoting someone I just googled it to find out who and it says that it's a quote by George Lorimer. A great quote especially for exercise and weight loss. Great job waking up and getting it done, you should be very proud. feel free to share it and do whatever you want with it. It's not mine to hoard anyways :p

you can go and change your protein, fat carb goals etc. I lowered my carbs and upped my protein. Just look at what you're eating and what works for you. i too was concerned that upping my protein would make me gain weight but after reading a lot of the topics on the boards here i see that is NOT the case

I am on Weight Watchers and use this site as well. Although they tell you not to track your fruit and veggies they do say to be careful of the amount of fruit you eat because of the levels of sugar. I find that MFP and WW allow you to eat roughly the same amount of food. I do not track my fruits and veggies for weight…

my "cheat days" are more of a extra treat so like a dessert after a meal. Usually after my Weight Watchers meetings on wednesday nights. I'll go for ice cream, with that being said I don't get the largest ice cream with all the toppings but enough to satisfy my sweet tooth and treat myself for a good weign in
