Not much helps me but I get some relief from drinking warm tea, curling up with a heating pad....movement of any kind is a killer, it just makes it worse. I have heard raspberry tea helps with overall women issues.

I weigh in every day and don't post my gains unless I stay at that weight for several days...then I know I gained somehow...but on that note...to keep from getting depressed I measure my self weekly..and it is amazing how many inches you can lose without the scale budging.

Here is a question when you make any type of wonton do they hold well over night? I have never tried it but thought of bringing some to a potluck (making them the night before) the next day.

bump for later.... I have used them to make jalapeno poppers...and I bake them now instead of fry them. I am wondering about these too..if I run on a rough rocky road will my feet end up hurting...I have heard they are great for working out and your typical running...just not sure about on rough roads????
