I got off focus last week. It's a new day. Just for today Monday Feb 16th 1. Work out (done!) 2. Log my food (I lost my streak, seriously I'm too worried about that!!) 3. No eating after 8pm

I didn't make a goal yesterday. How easy it is to get distracted! :\ Wednesdays are a long day out of the house for me so, just for today focus on eating my planned foods only. No mini candy from my co-worker's candy bowl.

Yesterday's goal was met, however I'm not happy with what I ate as a whole. Today is a new day! Yesterday's goals were successful! I had good snacks that were nutritious and fit in my allotment for the day and I did not eat after 8pm. Jazzyjez, thanks for the encouragement! Yesterday's goals were met! Yay! :D Just for today Friday Feb 6th 1. Snacks under control 2. No eating after 8pm I'm probably going to keep going with this goal. These two goals go together and they actually allow me to accomplish other things as a bonus! o:)

I used to use Sparkpeople too and some of my recipes are saved there. I gave up on the clutter. Only thing I miss is the little veggie/fruit button. Not sure if they even still have that anyway.
