Thanks so much for all the replies - really helpful, I'm pretty much at target with weight loss, but guess I was just scared of moving away from the intense cardio that I'm used to - But I'm gonna give it a shot. If anyone wants to friend request and help keep track of each others progress that would be great too!

Hey - I'm in the same position and it worried me too - I went to the doctors and explained and they did a series of checks and I'm fine = just one of those things, but it set my mind at rest to get checked!

Hey - Don't give up! I've lost 4lb this week but my carbs are a bit higher than yours - just cos I'm a carb monster so cutting them too low may have killed me! Maybe rethink your percentage x
