lol yes it do get tiring hearing the comments I muted her today lol.I use my ft4 I burned 204-228 =( so I got on treadmill did 45 min. I'm trying to get better at push ups I suck so I do them on the wall.

that's great! I said same feels shorter now but I know level 2 won't feel that way lol be my luck

this my 2nd attempt I tried last year and gave up 15 minutes into the workout. I can't do a push up so I do them standing against a wall until I can. It is hard but we can do it!

I should try ripped after 30ds I get on the treadmill too but I want to mix it up more now. I work at a hospital 12/16 hour shifts so home workouts all I can do.

I have that DVD too awesome. I did level one today and it's heart pumping I can't believe how out of shape I am ugh mad I lost myself over the years. I couldn't do push ups so I do them against a wall. I need to practice my push ups I suck at that.

I use Vaseline to prevent and I had to get better shoes. I never knew after so many miles you got replace your shoes.

when I'm on the treadmill or outside I just zone out. I want to incorporate more than just treadmill. I work 12/he shifts on nights so treadmill been my bff.I appreciate everyone feedbacks.
