This week is my first rest week after 12 weeks of 6+ days a week training. Exercise will be lighter then my usual - mostly planning for my next phase of training.

For me Saturdays are challenging because it is my longest distance run of the week. My weigh-ins are also on Sunday so I am always a little anxious before that!

If you want something more accurate get a heart rate monitor. I have a Polar FT7 and use it whenever I do cardio. The machine and the site are probably not accurate.

For me it's running, biking, jumping rope, and free weights (power blocks.) Power blocks are easily the best piece(s) of equipment I've ever bought. That and a HRM.
