Wow, that's some distance, I wouldn't be up to that level of training yet, but I'm planning to complete a half marathon in Sept. is the Fat Adapted state the same as Keto Adaption? It's true, the less you weigh the less calories you burn!! I weigh 128.4lbs and when I run it would be between 7 - 7.5mph for say 30min I would burn about 300 or so cals. If I was lighter I wouldn't burn as much!! Best way to accurately measure your calorie burning is with a chest strapped heart rate monitor & a watch.…

Definitely give it a skip! Give it a few days rest, you don't want to do permanent damage for the sake of a few calories. Best of Luck!

Thanks for all the replies guys, I am definitely going to eat back at least 1/2 of my exercise calories because I have not enough energy the following day to run or train as the same level as the day before. But I'll let everone know if it has a positive effect or if I gain weight (nervous laugh) cheers

Well why don't you complete a challenge? It can be anything! Mine is an endurance challenge, it starts with a 12k jog, a 2k kayak, 3.5k bog run, 32.5k cycle, a 1k mountain climb and it finishes with a 12.5k cycle! It's going to be tough but fun! I'm not hugely fit, I can jog the 12k, but haven't done much cycling or…
