I have been stuck for a very long time now and I know I am the only one who can change the numbers on that damn scale. No one else can do it for me

I felt more in my core areas than anywhere else. It is a great program and I highly reccomend it. 2 years ago I was pushing 370. I am now…

If you do count your walking, do not eat those calories. I never eat my extra calories I have earned from exercise. Only my base line calorie limit that I have set.

This is exactly what I was going to say. If you are holding your head and neck correctly it will not hurt from the crunches.

It has been a long and stressful week but so far I am on track with my calorie burn even though it has not always been easy!

Stay in school and be thankful for the oppertunity of taking PE. Yes it may suck now but in the future you will be glad you stuck it out!

I'm in. My goal for the week is 4,200 calories burned. That is in 6 days though because I do not work out on Sundays either, as someone else had posted also.

I have had a great week of calorie burn. I love working out. With 6 kids, a husband, a full time job, and going to school for my EMT-B along with my clinical hours it is my only ME time that I have.

Week 1 day 3 done. I am tired and sore today. I know that if I just work through this pain it will be less severe as I get farther into it.
-
W1D2 done. I did great with my first run and even felt great after wards. Tonight I finished the program as I was supposed to but I feel like I have been hit by a truck. How is everyone else doing? I am also doing Jillian Michaels 90 DBR so maybe the soreness from that is contributing to some of my extra fatigue?
