Hi Sadikaz, Not really, Haloumi is a Cypriot cheese that doesn't melt when you heat it, it has a great consistency and texture and can be grilled. It tastes really meaty and filling. There is about 350 kcal per 100g, so I limit my portions to about 50-75g.

Hey, i'd say 320g is the net weight, so 320/8 = 40g per strip, so there is 2.5 strips in 100g
