18 years old, got sick of being fat and overweight, started going to the gym everyday for 2 hours walking and didnt eat junk food or foods with a lot of fat, Weighted 447 then and now im down to 234. You have to want to do it for yourself. My lifes so much different, i still look at chairs like hmm. is it gonna break if i sit on it. but not anymore, im healthy, you can be too.
