hello how many chicken strips are 100g, i have 8 in the bag and the bag says 320g serving suggestion dont know if thats how manys grams the whole bag is or just what they suggest u eat i jus need to know so i can make tea tonight

Hey, i'd say 320g is the net weight, so 320/8 = 40g per strip, so there is 2.5 strips in 100g0

I agree, get a kitchen scale and it helps you work out portion sizes. I was probably eating 4 times what i was supposed to before using my scales0 -
I got a cheapie at Target for $10. It's nothing fancy for right now, not digital, but it gets the job done. I love it! Definitely helped me keep my portion under control! Christmas is coming and I can't wait for a super fancy scale!!0
