I have restarted several times myself with the same profile and have lost friends also. This time is different because I'm trying a new method. I started 10/17/2013 and have already seen results so I'm going to stick to it using my new mantra, " One Day at a Time."

I found a better alternative for myself. I'm able to eat exactly what I always crave and still stay under my caloric goal. I love eating ice cream after dinner with chocolate and it has been my weakness for a long time. Friend: I have to say I do the same and a I slipped up and stopped eating right and when I stepped on that scale and saw that I reached and passed my max weight I jumped right back on the weight loss train. I figure as long as I'm not obsessing it's not unhealthy. Do what works for you...not anyone else!!!!!!
