I hate to leave you ladies but I must. Because, I am also PREGNANT!!!!!! So, I cannot be "trying" to lose weight now. I will continue to try to stay active during this pregnancy and hopefully I won't gain 55 pounds again! LOL. I will see you ladies again next June when I start losing the baby weight all over again!…

It always makes me cramp up if I drink right before a run. Especially if the water is cold!

I've been measuring my food portions with measuring cups. It really helps. Before I would just eye it and it turns out I was way off!

Thanks everyone for the advice. I am not super in shape but I try to workout 5-6 days a week. I was looking to add to my routine. I believe I will start with the shred!

Good idea Paulahhhh, about the no carbs after 5pm idea. I am going to try it this week, although I will have to start tomarrow as I just ate a BLT at 5:15! But, no more for later tonight! :happy:

I agree, it would be nice to have both, weekly and cumulative. What are you going to do about the people who stop the competition? Won't that team's members always come in last if someone just stops?

I DID IT!! I drank 8 cups of water yesterday! I usually only drink 3-4, so this is big for me! Now, I get to start drinking again this morning! :drinker:
