  • Bump! I'm wondering the same thing.
  • Ugh. That move is so hard! Keep trying though! It seriously gets easier within a week. Not easy, but less painful and sad, lol. I totally recognize that feeling. ... "You want me to lift WHAT?"
  • It's hard, no doubt, but it doesn't take long and it's your only workout for the day. You can totally do the moves on your own without the dvd, but I love the trainer & find her super motivating and funny :) Thanks everyone for the support and compliments! Have a great week!!
  • If you've ever worked in a professional kitchen, you know that cooking can be hard, physical work. I'm catering an event this weekend, and will be lugging buckets of ice, carrying 20 pound pans of hot food up and down stairs, and I'm totally counting it!
  • *kitten* to the grass, ladies! Keep it coming! Haha.. I love the butt bible! I'm on week 3, and the switch to level 2 is SO hard! I have never felt like this after a workout, but I have no doubts that it's working!! Does anyone know what you're supposed to do after the 6 weeks? Is maintenance easier than building muscle…

  • excellent! Go you!

I noticed that when I started eating better, my body sort of freaked out for a cycle, then got back to normal. Change up your food, even if you stay at the same # of calories. Broccoli is magic…
  • I always hear that once a week is best, but honestly? I weigh every morning because I need the feedback to stay motivated. I don't think weighing later in the day would help, because it's just telling you how much food/water you've had, instead of how you actual body has changed.
  • Hi there, I just wanted to say that I totally hear you, and I want you to be nice to yourself! I know the feeling of being disappointed with yourself for falling off the wagon. The only way to get those voices in your head telling you that you suck to shut up is to tell them "back off, I'm doing something about it". Just…
  • Hi, and welcome!! Congrats on keeping the first loss, and great job going the rest of the way, you'll love MFP :)
