Hey I just found this board. It is so sad that it appears to be dead. I love OUAT! I checked on a few of the people who have posted and they are no longer active on MFP in general. If anyone is still here and interested we can bring this board back~!

I have Hashimoto's too! I was diagnosed with it when I was 12, so I have been taking Levothyroxine or Synthyroid for 22 years.

I own a treadmill, 8 pound hand weights, 5,10, 15 pound kettlebells and a curling bar. I use the treadmill almost every day, the kettlebells 1-2 times a week and I just got the curling bar.

I make the one from allrecipies called creamy rice pudding. I make it without the raisins because No one else in my family likes cooked raisins.:ohwell: I don't think it will let me post the address here so I will message it to you.

I used to do go to Jazzercise and I loved it! I would stay in the back row until I got the moves down then as I would get comfortable with the dances I would move up some.

I love to sew! I don't have much time for it lately though. I grew up watching my mom sew all of my pageant dresses and regular clothes. Fast forward to me having 2 daughters. I need to lose 80 pounds. I am 5' 7 and 34 years old. Good job on getting started! I don't have any friends on here yet and we have similar goals :)

1.564 miles today. I am starting to run more during my time on the treadmill. So far I am up to 9.621 miles since the 1st....looks like I have some making up to do this weekend.

1.250 today. I ran for 1 1/2 minutes. (I do walk more through out the day, I just post what I log on my treadmill)

I just saw this and I really needed a "goal" so I am in for 40 miles for this month. My treadmill will get some use again :) I have been stuck at this number for about a month so hopefully this will help get over this stall.
