Rice pudding

Does anybody have a good rice pudding recipe? I tasted some once at a fair and it was soooooo good! I know it was made from instant rice.
I am looking for healthier versions and not so healthy, you know for when I reach a milestone and reward myself....;)

    I make the one from allrecipies called creamy rice pudding. I make it without the raisins because No one else in my family likes cooked raisins.:ohwell: I don't think it will let me post the address here so I will message it to you.
