  • I do hot yoga and I love it! You sweat a ton which cleans lot's of toxins out of your body. It's a great strength workout, great stretching and definitely burns calories. I started wearing my heart rate monitor to class and I usually burn between 350 to 400 cals per session. Hope you enjoy it!

  • I have this problem on the eliptical as well, and I have heard from several other people that experience the same thing. I've tried staying up on my toes vs. foot flat and it doesn't seem to be any better. Not sure why it happens, but it doesn't feel good!
