Hi everyone - I am just beginning my new healthier lifestyle using MFP. My goal is to lose about 30-35 #. I love everything about this program. I have only been counting my calories and exercising here and there. I have already lost 11.2 pounds! WOW it really makes a difference. I am sure I am not using this program to its full potential so I look forward to exploring and getting the most of MFP. Thanks all for your encouragement and posts from which I can draw strength.

    My goal was to lose 30 lbs as well. This is such a great site!
