I would be lost without MFP. Both of my parents are on the cpap machine and one is getting over type 2 diabetes. They are both near or over 300 pounds. All, I know is I don't ever want to get near those stats or health issues so I'm making the second half of my life to be in shape as the first half was pretty out of shape.

Great, I was about to ask the same question. My trainer is in here so I'll ask her what to put it under. For now I'd been using Circuit Training, but the calorie loss per minute on that one seem a bit overkill, like over 600 for 45 min. I do kettle bells twice a week for 45 min. it gets easier and it's awesome!

Gotta eat Vegetables to feel satisfied. You can eat a lot for a little calories and feel amazingly full, you'll start having to look for that protein to keep your calorie intake up.

What I like about the agave sweetener (like honey) is that it's so sweet you only need a tiny bit. :)

That has definitely happened to me. I think if you gave yourself a day of maybe 1400 to 1500 calories, you'd suddenly see yourself lose a pound or two. I know it sounds weird but your body might be holding onto the weight but once it realizes you're not trying to starve it, the body will let go of those pounds. Try it and…
