Today i noticed that i am now under 200lbs the scales today said 199 so goodbye 200s hello 190s I feel GOOD

204 last week 199 this week thats 5lbs off a total of 18lbs in 6 weeks and i am now under 200 and that was with my daughters birthday tea and a party Good lick to everyone else weighing in today

I have only been on mfp for 2 weeks i am taking each day as a new day new calories if i was under or over yesterday that is now gone and today is a fresh start If i find myself running out of calories or going over i try to a little exercise to bring it back in line I have lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks and my husband has lost 9lbs…

Just done some zumba on the wii great wake up to the morning i feel full of life now ready to get on with the day ahead JUst joined mfp last week think its great and have already lost 4lbs a long way to go but will get there
