well done everyone and thanks v much ironband.
I have found a few pregnancy topics on forum...most people go to maintenence for first 3 months then add 200-300 for next 3 months
I havent had sickness but i am starving every 2 hrs....like famished....think i'd cope better if i didnt have a stinking cold

I've virtually stayed the same, I think I need to concentrate on my diet more and might try eating just half of my exercise calories as I have gone over on some days.

I will join in - i joined today so Tuesday will be my first full week on MFP hoping to lose around 3-5lb
I am going on holiday on 21 September and am hoping to make it 14lb by then
......5 weeks!
If anyone has any pointers for keeping the weight gain on holiday to a minimum let me know. I am going to try and do 40 lengths of the pool per day but I dont really want to be counting calories all holiday!0 -
Good job everyone! I can't weigh in today as I am not in the office (where my scale is), so I'll get an early weigh in tomorrow and let ya'll know.
As for weight gain on holiday, I'd say just log anyway. With MFP it doesn't take much time, and helps us to make better choices, holiday or not.0 -

I do a Tuesday weigh in so thought I might as well join in
Started at 345 lbs in June
23/08/2011 : 302lbs - 1lb down this week.
Soooo close to that 300 mark now, although I'm in the UK so get to have lots of little miles stones (every stone/14 lbs).
I weigh myself at a local pharmacy as I found at my weight home ones can be vary inaccurate. However last week I was away on the Tuesday so used a different scale, I had lost 9lbs in one week which clearly was not right. So this week I'm not too upset about 1lb as I was back on my "normal" scale for the first time in 4 weeks, I'm down 10lbs in that period so a little over 2lbs on average per week in that period.0 -
2/8: 14st 8.5 lb
9/8: 14st 6lb (down 2.5lb)
16/8: 14st 4lb (down 2lb)
23/8: 14st 1.5lb (down 2.5lb)
Also now under the 200lb mark.0
