Judgie! I read my kindle while on the stationary bike. It lets me read while still moving- which makes me happy. What people at the gym don't see is the hour and a half of hot yoga I do at night or the free weights I play with in my basement. Or the running, hiking, swimming... you get the idea. The gym isn't the only…
-
Yup! Do it all the time on my way to and from hot yoga. Then again, if you care what you look like when leaving a hot yoga class, you're doing it wrong.
-
246. Continue east. Camp. Weather Hills still visible on the western horizon.
-
The problem is your outfit. Go buy some nice lulu lemon yoga pants and a skimpy top to wear to the gym. You'll blend in better and people will be more likely to leave you alone.

Wrap the strap around the balls of your feet and then lie down. Instead of going overhead, the arms will start from down by your sides with hands holding the strap. Adjust the tension in the strap so that it gives you a little support as you roll up and down. Since you have to push your feet down to keep the strap in…

Have you tried bracing your feet under the couch or using a strap to keep the feet down?

243. Road turns more east. Weathertop is no longer straight behind. Okay, you people who are in but quiet... Where are you posting? Find a place, it keeps you honest! Do it here, or I think someone created a spin off group. Just keep moving- adventure awaits!
-
241, road starts turning east.
-
239! Nothing of interest to note.
-
Oh my goodness! It's a BABY! Little squidgy face with the chunka lunkas!* *Your child looks like a squished monkey crossed with the stay puft marshmallow man. Technically I don't lie.
-
237.6. Road deteriorates still more. Weathertop now appears lower. Camp.
-
224.5. Still trudging along away from Weathertop.
-
Psst... Hey... Over here... I've got some great 'merchandise' that fell off a truck... Totallly legit... Cash only. Maybe a little extra somethin' somethin' if you take the lot, eh? *wink wink*
-
222.41- Weathertop is still visible straight behind. Slow going, but I'll make up some distance with a half marathon on Sunday. :)
-
Running with a weapon is stupid unless you know how to use it. Even with pepper spray you should test fire it once before blindly trusting it. I won't run with a gun or knife because I don't know how to fight with one, which means it would probably be taken away and used against me.
-
Better/Different shoes. Icing immediately after the run. Tiger Balm. Do you find yourself running faster or pushing harder outside? You may also just need to slow down a bit.
-
Okay. Guess I'll just go with the grab bag. *scuffs shoes*

I firmly believe that running is mostly mental- and if you're running on the dreadmill it gets that much more difficult. You may want to try something like Couch to 5k- it starts you off with intervals which help to keep it a bit more interesting and then builds up to a solid 30 mins of running. Still, in the end, you're…

So here's the grab bag that I put together... any other ideas for things I might do? I like to lift three days a week. dumbbell lying supination straight arm dumbbell pullover dumbbell lying pronation middle back shrug bent arm dumbbell pullover seated one arm dumbell palms down wrist curl around the worlds Seated bent…

220.16- Road still runs northeast. Weathertop is still visible straight behind.
-
Come Fly With Me by Sinatra. *happy sigh*
-
Okay... been tracking still, but not posting here. Good to see it's still alive! 217.62 for me now: South of the road are more rugged areas, covered with thickets. I. Will. Make. It.

Good to your for reaching out for help. It's not easy, and the urge never really goes away, but counseling will help you recognise your triggers. Best of luck!
-
185. Land now slopes slowly uphill toward Weathertop. Welcome to those who have joined the adventure! It will be hard, and there may be set backs, but be sure to persevere!
-
175. Weathertop is visible ahead, with the Weather Hills to its north.
-
What did you warm up look like? Also, I find that if it's really cold, having a scarf or balaklava that covers my mouth so there's a buffer between the cold air and my lungs will prevent the lung burning.
-
Raul Julia... Street Fighter. What a sad note to end on.
-
165. Road turns slightly more towards the north.

I thought I did a fairly good job of covering my tracks at the funeral, but the fact that this question is being asked is just further proof that you'll all have to die. Loose ends and all that, no hard feelings, I hope...

It would depend on who I have the best life insurance payout for...
