Not Saturday, but this morning I finally broke through 148. I was 147.4.... trying to not feel too optimistic because when I lose a bit, I gain a bit and it keeps going back and forth for a few weeks. Still delighted seeing 147. Hopefully it will stay 😊

Well, ignore the Cheesecake factory, or it could be eating too many hazelnuts... dont know, but just hopped on the scale this morning and have gained back a pound.

That sounds delicious! I ate out at Cheesecake factory. Turns out we can keto there! I got the Tuscan chicken off the Skinnylicious menu but didnt eat the Farro.

Weighed myself yesterday morning 151.4 Not a lot of weight loss but I'm not going up 😅 Sw:158 Cw:151.4 Gw:140 Edit: weighed myself today and back up to 152.4... not happy but still less than last week.

Way to go! That's great weight loss. Im on my fourth week of keto and have lost about 8 lbs. The last two keep going up and down so I should say 6 😂 I'm aiming for 8 more by Dec. 31. Best of luck!

A pastry with my "the kids are now in school" coffee. I just love having some quiet time with a cup of coffee and something sweet... Adds up to a lot of calories :(

I like the idea of measuring tape. I think I'm going to start using that along with the scale.

That's my new goal! I've found that while trying to lose weight, I've started drinking too much diet coke instead of eating junk. Although I am losing weight, I don't want to end up with loads of other problems:)
