i think i want to try out the 30ds. i have to try to get up and do it before work because when i get home there is no way i have time to do it! but i have been trying to get up and i am so dead in the morning! i need motivtion! kick it in high gear!!!

my current weight is 144. i have been dieting for about a month along with exercise and i am not loose as much as i'd like to it's so frustrating!! i stopped drinking as much diet coke as i used to. i am down to 1 or 2 a week instead of a day and i drink a lot more water then i did. i dont understand!!
