  • It took 20 lbs before I went down in pants size and a good 30 lbs before anyone noticed. I seemed to have lots in my arms and legs and not as much in my tummy.

  • I shoud add too, since you have a new little one. Just in case you are breastfeeding, you need an extra 500 calories a day for that. But I agree you need at least 1200 calories a day. You are not eating enough.

  • You look awesome, I'm so impressed. My first two were close in age and that first year it took all I had to just survive the year let alone accomplish what you have. I've had three now in under 5 years and we are done. Now is the time to get my butt in gear and you are a total inspiration for me.
  • I'm a bigger built, large bones and hips and even at my smallest during my teens, I was 135-140. My bust alone has to weigh around 15-20 lbs. Now married, 3 kids within 5 years, I will be happy to get to 180 and then reevaluate. I would be thrilled to be 160 one day. I still have a long way to go yet.
