I just came back from a short walk. 30 mins slow pace. I feel it a little bit but I could have done a bit more. So I plan to use the 5kg kettle bell and do a little workout using workout trainer by ski blue I found in the App Store :smile:

I'd use soya,coconut,almond or oat milk. All the alternative milks taste great in hot drinks & even as a substitute for cream/milk in homemade soup recipes :-)

1500 cals. -1lb per week 30/60 mins of elliptical trainer a couple of times a week & cycling during good weather. I am a vegetarian, non-drinker & I eat very small amounts of dairy. So mostly fruit,veg & crackers LOL
