Hi, I'm planning to make done cauliflower rice & I always waste half of it because I never fancy eating it at a later date. My question is can I freeze it ? Does it have to be cooked or can I put it in the freezer raw ?

Tesco were selling it chilled rather than frozen, but I see it's also sold frozen in the States at http://www.traderjoes.com/digin/post/organic-riced-cauliflower
dunno if it's cooked first, in general veg are blanched before freezing not sure if this is to help the texture or what.0 -
Oh! So you can do it then. I will just test it both ways the next time I eat it. Thanks :-)0
