Hello all - Due to some health issues I am going to have to pull out of the challenge. I am sorry - I love the idea of the team and the support, and I hope I can participate in something in the future!

Week Two still looks manageable to me - honestly though I'm getting worried about the subsequent weeks if it keeps getting bigger/longer/stronger! Eeek. Also - should we assume last week's goals to not go over calories and to drink 64 ounces of water per day still stand?

Does anyone else have sore abs? I am not sure if it was the situps or the burpees -- or maybe I did something really wrong. :D I am doing my pushups in sets because of it - being in plank is making my belly really scream!

Glad it's Friday! Some great advice here! If I find myself really fighting a craving, I go brush my teeth and toss on a set of those teeth whitening strips. That occupies me for a bit. :)

Today getting the water in was not a problem! I guess I just got a wicked late start yesterday. ;) Did not run that extra mile - just walked it, Ive had a long day. But it still counts!!

I love the blog idea, Jill! My biggest struggle yesterday was getting in my water - I barely made the total. Hopefully today's water intake will be easier. Looking forward to today's challenge item. I've planned to walk the extra mile but I might just run it instead!!

Got my jumping jacks (haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate) done first thing this morning. I've planned my calories for the day and have stuck by it so far. The challenges for me today are going to be getting my regular work out in, and drinking enough water. Hope everyone is off to a great start!

Newbie question! :) I assume when the challenge reads not to go over on calories that means end total, right? (or more simply: we should still eat some of our exercise points, just not end up in the red for the whole day, yes?) And me to the pile of no idea what an up and down is. :)
