Hi Ladies I had two bad days, where I ate like crap(junk food) and didn't exercise. But today I am going to continue with 30ds and eating right.

So excited to see some changes in my body around my mid section, usually that is the first place I gain the weight but it is also the first place it comes off. I was just looking at my before pics and my stomach is very different already. I am hoping the rest of me shrinks as fast.. We'll see what week 2 brings.

Day 7 Let's go girls. on Level 2 but still following the "modifier" and getting a good burn :) I am seeing results in the mid section, less bloat, I also changed my eating habits so I'm sure that helped.
