I make foil packets of chicken & veggys. Spray a large piece of foil with Pam, place flattened boneless skinless chicken breast on it sprinkle with spices add veggys-fresh, frozen, canned it doesn't matter. I did have sugar withdrawl but only the 1st day, my daughter's has lasted longer but I think hers was a combination of sugar & caffine, because she quit the sweet tea and sodas, that I was not having. Stick it out, shouldn't last long!!

You can eat fast food & stay healthy cut out the bread, breading & sauces. Eggs are great & cheap. get veggys on sale in season. Good Luck I know that is the hardest for me.

I make my own with skim milk, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, and splenda to taste. Even my kids will drink it. You can use egg substitue if you prefer, but I have been making mine this way all my life. Yummy!!! i also use it to flavor my coffee.
