How about using parts of both and merging that into something that can work long term for you? Choose the fruits and veg and count them, and you can include things you like as well.

When I get tired of plain water I add Mio to it. If it is the afternoon and I am dragging a bit I use the Mio energy. Better than me drinking sodas all the time. I hope Tig is ok! A friend of mine who adopted one of my Mastiff's pups called to tell me the dog had broken her leg and when they xrayed it, found a cancer in the bone. Poor thing has now had an amputation. She's about 9 years old.

QFT!! Mine is unusual, so no one else in the family eats it. The rest usually get some form of pepperoni. I tend to go for the thin crust, sometimes the hand tossed. Deep dish is too much bread for me. I get pizza for the toppings. Better stop now or I will be ordering pizza for dinner instead of cooking my mahi.

I am similar when it comes to pizza. I have to limit how much we order or I would (and can sometimes) eat a large one myself.

I feel ya. I did that right before I went to the doc and was told my numbers made me diabetic. I have three months to correct it somewhat and see if she wants me on any meds.

Hang in there quik!!! This will sort itself out. You can fix it. I know when I get on a jag where I eat and eat, it's hard to stop, but you will find a point where enough is enough. If TOM is around, that is probably it.

Funny, when I was younger and involved in our church, I loved helping with the five year old group at vacation bible school. Got internet, just here at work keeping my foot up. Injured my ankle over the weekend. Can't even blame it on alcohol because I wasn't drinking. Ruined my weekend, but hey at least nothing is broken.

I keep reminding myself that there is no shortcut. I have a friend who is currently using/selling the Keto OS MLM stuff. I have been impressed enough by it that I started asking questions. I came very close to parting with my wallet for it, then remembered, they are all scams. I have to do it myself.

It's my Thursday as well. My uncle passed over the weekend and the funeral is Thursday. Bad heart and no insurance to be able to care for himself.

Got the offical news today, bloodwork says I am diabetic. I also may have fatty liver and my cholesterol is not good. Well, we know it will come back to haunt us if we continue in bad habits. I confess that although my doctor has ordered a low carb diet, it might not happen this weekend. My brother in law is cooking and usually includes all the carbs. Also Blue Bell is releasing their Wedding Cake flavor for summer again and I may have to have some.
