The cool thing about Body Pump is that it's instructor led, so they make sure your form is correct. Also, it exercises every muscle group in your body. I have lost 9.5 inches in 6 weeks from doing this class 3 times a week.

I had half a cup of grapes and a string cheese stick. Yummy! :)

Another thing you can try to stay full is fiber. High fiber foods will keep you fuller, longer. I find that a handful of almonds curbs my hunger for a couple of hours. Eat them with a bottle of water :)
