Saturday
Nutrition - Under Calories

Sunday
Nutrition - 90% or more of your allotted PROTEIN (Let me know if you need help figuring this out)

Exercise - 3 sets of 15 vertical crunches

Tuesday
Nutrition - Under sodium

    just got back from a football game.

    i did 60 minutes on the exercise bike before we left this am.

    everything else was a total disaster today.................:(. not even going to log it

    It's like a cardio/weight lifting class to music. Very challenging, and very fun. Google Les Mills BodyPump and you can see all the info :)

    Extra - 30 min of volleyball, 60 min of Zumba (so I guess 80 minutes total since I'm too tired to squeeze in 10 more before bed)

    The cool thing about Body Pump is that it's instructor led, so they make sure your form is correct. Also, it exercises every muscle group in your body. I have lost 9.5 inches in 6 weeks from doing this class 3 times a week.

    wed: carbs- still eating...likely to blow, did the lateral detoids (sp?), 193 minutes extra cardio.


    joanzie - thanks again. they have thos classes at my gym. good to know...:)...i just hate to walk into one with no clue what is going on. :):)

    wed correction:
    i did make carb's!!!. i finally stopped eating....i was having one of those *need crappy food" moments. i figured i might negate the whole week but it finally subsided as quickly as it started.

    thurs:
    my god did i exercise today/this week. tons, probably more than logged. i can barely move...i have been having a walk five miles a day/ ++whatever kind of philosophy this week and it's catching up in my muscles. But i will continue until crawling LOL until i actually lose some weight :)

    food: at 5 pm, i'm negative 300 calories. dh wants pizza & beer, but even that shouldnt blow it.
    exercise: did the crunches.
    extra: 105 minutes cardio + 101 minutes 5 mile walk on treadmill.

    @ joanzie - great start for the team!!!

    @hth - i know my body just wants to be fat and lay on a beach somewhere. in another time, such a natural ability to retain fat would be a good thing. :) hope you had a grand time!
