I say wear shorter skirts and dresses, and shorts if you want to. Having bigger calves doesn't mean you should hide them and shorter clothing isn't reserved for "skinny" women.

Are you "earning" extra calories by exercising? MFP recommends eating those calories back, so you could be okay, but if not, you may not get the results you are looking for.

I haven't experienced it myself, but I would find alternatives to sit ups. There are a lot of other things you can do that strengthen your core more effectively.

That must have been a great feeling! How often do you weigh? Are you possibly focussing on the numbers instead of the non-scale benefits? I only weigh every few months and focus on getting (and staying) healthy. I see the results at the gym with what I can do and in the decreasing clothes sizes.

I like either a turkey sausage link or a slice of bacon sauteed with some spinach and egg whites and topped off with parmesan cheese. I usually have a piece of toast or a low fat biscuit with it.

When you set up your account did you change it to say you are male? The same thing happened to my boyfriend when he did his because he forgot/didn't see that that had to be changed. I am at roughly 200 lbs (female) and me pre exercise calorie allotment is 1370.

Try circuit training supersets......instead of 3 sets of one exercise then moving on I go from biceps to triceps to back to chest to shoulders without rest, then take a 30 second ( or so) break and do it again for a total of 3 times. I don't have cheat days because I look at this as living the rest of my life, it is not something that has a beginning and/or an end. If I want to eat something that is not "healthy" I do, I log it, and I deal with the consequences.

Ringworm is a fungal infection, you need to figure out what you got it from if it is actually ringworm. It sounds like it could possibly be chafing. Did a medical professional give you a diagnosis? If not, you could be putting antifungal cream on something that doesn't need it.

Stop weighing so often! There is no reason for it. Our bodies fluctuate and you will only frustrate yourself.

I do something physical everyday, some days more than others. I have been doing this since November 2nd and have not experienced any problems.

They say you should eat back your exercise calories. I don't always, but I am happy to have them when I have higher calorie situations. I am losing weight, maybe I would lose faster if I did eat them all back, but I'm ok with a slow steady loss.
