have you ever made cabbage juice? I certainly have not seen it in any store. How does one make cabbage juice?
Also, if you have ever drank cabbage juice, I will appreciate your sharing your experience.

It's not supposed to taste good. It doesn't.

You can run it through a juicer or blend it with a bit of water and strain it. Smells like sewage. Really good for your gastrointestinal tract.

I'm wondering why anyone would want to make cabbage juice. Sounds disgusting.

I agree.....trying not to be a doubter, but what are the benefits to the GI tract?

High glutamine content (and fresh). Glutamine protects the lining of the GI tract. Cabbage juice is proven to heal ulcers in a week if you have one.

Seeing all the gut ripping foods people eat copious amounts of on this site, they could stand to drink a glass of cabbage juice every now and then for a digestive boost.

Cabbage is very good for you and I've juiced it with apples and ginger and it's ok.

Now, does just eating cabbage do this as well, or should it really just be the juice? I am going to make some either way, but I do eat cabbage. I might even be ashamed at the quantity...lol... I love cabbage! I am with you on the gut-ripping food thing. Not trying to bash anyone when I say this, but processed food is really hard on the body and yet somehow, there are so many who seem to promote it. I think it's kind of sad really.
