Your word remind me of my thoughts. I was 270 and I am 261 right now but that is after gaining again. I cant seem to stick to it but I dont think I will ever make it to where you are but you are definitely inspiration and I will continue to try and work at it. Thank you

I couldn't believe my eyes either and actually my coworker brought it to my attention that the Otis Spunkmeyer Muffins are two servings!!! I had to give them up because I will eat the whole thing!! They have them in the vending machine at my job and they seemed like a good little snake but NOT FOR THOSE CALORIES :noway: lol
