    Wow, you have worked so hard! You were beautiful when you were heavy and you still are! You have done an amazing thing for yourself and you look terrific! I am 5'5" and weight 148, we are the same and it feels good to be able to run! I am so very happy for you! Smiles!

    Your word remind me of my thoughts. I was 270 and I am 261 right now but that is after gaining again. I cant seem to stick to it but I dont think I will ever make it to where you are but you are definitely inspiration and I will continue to try and work at it. Thank you

    To the person who asked, my kids don't remember me any other way than I am now but it's funny when they see old pictures of me. They look a little confused. My daughter says that that was when I was old, now I'm young. My son says that's when I had a baby in my belly ;)
